Job Description

1. Handing the deadline-based recruitment life cycle for recruitment at all levels starting from sourcing
to final closure of positions
2. Sourcing profiles from the available databases like job portals (Naukri, Linkedin, Monster, Indeed),
headhunting, and through references.
3. Should able to handle End to End Recruitment, Pre and Post Recruitment Process
4. Coordination Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding. Maintaining/
updating individual records in personal files (including KYC Documents) for all the employees.
5. Drafting Letters Appointment. Offer Letter, Relieving, Experience Letter Etc.
6. Introduction about the Company, company policies & procedures e.g. Code of Conduct, HR manual,
and submitting the induction manual to the employees.
7. Maintaining a record of Attendance & Leaves, Employee Database Management System.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Maintaining all the files and
database of the employees on the closed shelf.
8. We need a candidate who has good experience in HR along with recruitment with good
communication skills.
9. The candidate should be MBA-HR Graduate
10. Should be able to work independently and Strong in Recruitment
